The Adobe® Portable Document Format has established itself as the format for exchanging documents ­ its ability to accurately display original work across different computer systems is unchallenged. However, the process of creating PDF files has been expensive and, at times, confusing.

BVRPQuick PDF is a low-cost, easy-to-use PDF creation tool, which perfectly suits the needs of any Windows® user who is looking for fast, one-click PDF creation. Create a document in your favourite word processor, spreadsheet or any Windows application that can print, convert it to a PDF, then save it as a file or send it instantly with your default e-mail program.

Features

Ease of Use - The software installs as a standard Windows printer. Generating a PDF file is no more complex than choosing to print to the BVRPQuick PDF printer from any standard Windows application. Before the PDF is created, the look of the document may be defined by selecting: paper size; paper orientation; colour or black and white and output resolution (75, 200 or 300 DPI). There is also an option to add standard PDF information to the file such as: Title; Subject; Author and Keywords. The final step in the process is to choose to automatically e-mail the file, save the file to disk or both. BVRPQuick PDF generates standard PDF files which may be viewed by any user on any platform, equipped with Adobe® Acrobat® Reader.
Security - BVRPQuick PDF creates graphic-based PDF files. This ensures that the file¹s integrity cannot be questioned as the output is generated in an un-editable form. Should increased authenticity be required, an image of a stamp/signature may be added to the first and/or last page of the document. The position of the stamp can be anywhere on the page, with its last location is remembered to simplify repeat use.
Windows Explorer Integration ­ The Windows Explorer-integrated component provides instant right-click PDF creation. Several file formats are supported: DOC, XLS, PPT, RTF, HTM, JPG, GIF, TXT, WPD and WLS. Conversion to PDF can be applied to an individual file, or a group of files may be simultaneously processed as a batch.
BONUS: HTML E-mail Creation - BVRPQuick PDF can create more than just PDF files. Users of Microsoft Outlook® or Outlook Express® will benefit from the HTML e-mail feature known as Print2Mail. This works in the same way as PDF creation but, instead of a PDF file being generated, an HTML version of the original document is created and attached to an e-mail.
