Delivery Information
We will try to deliver your order as soon as possible to any mainland UK address, including your place of work. This will normally be within 72 hours. Delivery will be made between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately we are unable to specify an exact time for delivery, and we are unable to deliver on a Sunday. A delivery charge of £2.50 will be made for each order.
Returns Information
If you're unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund provided they unopened and in mint condition. Please email us at returns@mediashak.com and we will provide a return number and instructions for the return of your item.
Availability
We try to make sure we only show items on the site if we currently have them in stock or are expecting fresh stocks shortly. If you place an order for something which isn't available we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible after you place your order.
All orders are subject to availability.

Pricing Information
All information including prices is correct at the time of publishing and is inclusive of VAT.
Any items indicated as being subject to a promotional price have previously been available at the higher indicated price on the high street.
We make every effort to keep prices accurate, although it may be necessary to raise or lower them from time to time. We will confirm any changes with you by email or telephone.
Cancellation
Should you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, Mediashak Ltd shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to Mediashak Ltd. Should you fail to return the goods, Mediashak Limited reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by Mediashak Limited in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Mediashak Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should this occur, Mediashak Ltd will inform you as soon as possible.
